The drive system utilizes sealed, permanently lubricated bearings. All fasteners and materials are stainless steel, plastic, fiberglass or aluminum to resist corrosion.

We are constantly evolving and using new technology aids to assist us with the manufacturing of our Hovercrafts. All members of our team are skilled and qualified to work in their area of expertise. We have developed our own programs that enable us to design hovercraft of almost any size. This freedom gives us the ability to design and develop solutions for a wide range of customer requirements. Most of our pattern making is designed in CAD and cut using a 2D cutting laser and 5 axis routing system. This makes our parts very accurate.
